About the vacancy: This is a full time, permanent role working within a busy and supportive team within a fast-paced environment. The focus of the role is to provide payroll and pensions administration support and ensure continuous improvement of our processes for the Payroll and Pensions team and its customers.
You will work in a team with ten colleagues who regularly process payrolls in excess of 5,000 people a month through our HR & Payroll system, MHR iTrent. You will work closely with and support our Payroll and Pensions Officers to provide a seamless, proactive and efficient Payroll and Pensions service.
Key responsibilities include ensuring that employee queries are resolved in a timely manner; processing payroll and pension data changes and payments; ensuring new employees are set up on the HR/Payroll system, and supporting the Payroll and Pensions Team to ensure an enhanced payroll and pension service for our customers.

This post is based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed. This is a full-time permanent post working 37 hours per week.
We are operating hybrid working and this post will require at least 3 days a week on campus while the remaining 2 days can be at home.
