Would you like to be a main point of financial advice and support for defined schools and services, as well as offering general business advice? If so, join the University of East London as an Assistant Finance Manager.
We are looking for a part qualified CCAB or AAT accountant or an individual seeking to qualify with experience in management accounting, financial budgeting and forecasting. If you also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to provide clear management information reports then this could be the ideal role for you.
Currently a hybrid and flexible working pattern is available, and our main office is at the Docklands Campus. You will carry out a range of professional accountancy duties to assist in planning, budget management and decision making, ensuring maximisation of income and deployment of resources in an effective, efficient and economic manner. The post holder will work closely with budget managers at all levels, providing financial advice, guidance and analysis.
