An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our new Student Experience and Engagement team.
Responsible for managing and monitoring student engagement, you will use data to identify students of concern and help them overcome any barriers they may be facing through guidance, support and signposting. You will develop effective working relationships with college teams and work closely with student support services across the University. Additionally, you will be contribut ing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of student engagement events and activities for current students throughout the academic year.
Educated to undergraduate degree level or with equivalent experience, applicants will have experience of student focused project and event management. You will also have experience of managing large volumes of data for analysis. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive, pro-active and creative approach.
DBS clearance is required for this role.
