UK Student Recruitment Officer

The Role 

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic UK Student Recruitment Officer to join the team and make a difference to Ravensbourne’s student recruitment targets in the UK. 

The role sits within the UK Student Recruitment team who are responsible for meeting and exceeding student recruitment targets for FE, UG and PG.  

The role includes planning and delivery of recruitment events across the UK, such as UCAS exhibitions including Create Your Future. The team also play a key part in the delivery of onsite events such as open days, open studios, discovery days and conversion events. 

Building and maintaining positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is an important part of the role. 

Working closely with the wider recruitment team, and with colleagues in Marketing and Admissions, the postholder will input into the planning, delivery and evaluation of recruitment and conversion activities, aiming to work together to continually improve and develop them.

Our ideal candidate will have a positive, can do attitude and the willingness to achieve and succeed in their work. With a background in student recruitment in further or higher education, the ideal candidate will be customer focussed and driven to meet and exceed targets.
