The School of Geography at the University of Nottingham is committed to being a globally leading centre for the creation, dissemination, and application of geographical knowledge and understanding. As part of this commitment, the School is delighted to invite applications for a fixed term Teaching Associate (Human Geography) post based on University Park Campus.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach a range of modules and tutorials in the area of Human Geography. Candidates should have, or be demonstrably close to submitting, a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant subject area, or the equivalent in professional qualifications and experience.
The role holder will be involved in the development of new teaching and assessment practices and/or developing systematic methods for evaluating and disseminating these practises within the School.
In addition to the application form, candidates should supply a CV, which includes details of their teaching and administrative experience and the areas of their research expertise.
