This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of twelve Careers Consultants within Imperial College Business School Careers. You will provide one-to-one student support, as well as delivering workshops, webinars and large lecture-theatre presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities
With a focus on targeted support in sectors and industries that our students aim to work in you will, as well as providing general careers support across sectors, have a focus on Sustainability, Energy & Social Impact. You will support students who are applying for roles in these areas of work by providing insights into recruitment trends and processes, typical pathways and labour market information. You will also contribute to building the team’s knowledge in these areas by updating online resources and materials.
The role will involve frequent contact with students online and in person, this may occasionally be outside of normal UK working hours, including evenings.
Essential Requirements
You will be passionate about career development, have a qualification (or equivalent) in careers guidance, coaching or mentoring and experience of designing and delivering careers workshops. You will bring experience gained in similar role in a University or Business School setting, or significant recruitment experience in the graduate and/or experienced hire area, as well as relevant industry experience.

This is a full-time post and we are ideally looking for someone to work approximately 7 hours a day Monday to Friday. However, we are open to consider part-time and/or alternative working patterns providing they will work with the needs of the team.
