The Department of Politics and International Studies (PAIS) at the University of Warwick is seeking to appoint a Programmes Officer to join our Programmes Team who provide key support for our student and academic administration.
The successful candidate will work with academic colleagues to ensure the efficient delivery of the department’s academic programmes and, together with other colleagues in the Programmes Team, provide an outstanding experience for students.
In this varied role you will be part of a team that gets involved in all aspects of the student lifecycle, including university Open Days, Welcome Week at the start of the academic year, scheduling classes, organising assessments and examinations, attending graduation ceremonies and many more activities in between!
The successful candidate will have prior administration or customer service experience in an office environment.
