This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. Please note that there is a a requirement to be present on campus on a regular basis. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Do you have knowledge of timetabling administration and teaching provision in Higher Education? Do you understand and have an interest in corporate database systems and business processes and how they can be deployed to maximum effect? Can you work on your own initiative, plan ahead and manage your own workload?

As a Timetabling Systems and Data Lead you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the timetabling software and systems, and the Cross Faculty Team. Using your excellent IT and analytical skills, you will be responsible for the management and auditing of all the timetabling data within the software and systems. You will work with timetabling colleagues, IT, and software suppliers, to exploit functionality within the timetabling software and will co-ordinate user acceptance testing on application upgrades. You will also carry out timetabling modelling to assess the impact of changes to the teaching space inventory, the curriculum and changes to student numbers.

Working with the Timetabling management team, you will support the development of a consistent, high quality, customer-service orientated timetabling function, contributing significantly to the set-up and delivery of timetabling systems and processes.
