The College of Osteopaths is looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, experienced and innovative to lead on the development and implementation of the curriculum for the College.
The College has charity status and delivers specialist osteopathic part-time programmes and short courses associated with this curriculum area.
Programmes predominately attract mature adult learners and a significant part of the theoretical learning takes place at weekends during term time. The students complete part of their clinical training in the College’s specialist clinics that provide a service to the local communities where they are located.
This role will include timetabling the co-ordinated delivery of the programme across the teaching sites.
We are looking for a professional and competent individual with a proven track record of managing a professional and statutory regulated programmed in order to assure continuous improvement.
You will need excellent communication skills, including negotiating and influencing skills, great flexibility and a flare for collaboration, as you will be required to liaise with a varied cross-section of people throughout the College’s organisational structure.
