- THE ROLE -
If you are an experienced Learning and OD professional, with excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills, are passionate about getting the best out of people and you are interested in looking at new and innovative ways to support learning and development to meet the business needs of the organisation, then we would love to hear from you.

- ABOUT YOU –
The person we need will be able to make an immediate contribution to the delivery and development of our programme of learning and development activities, encompassing the full range of best practice L&OD provision. Your contribution will be in learning activity design, promotion, delivery, evaluation and more. The role requires knowledge and experience of types of L&D interventions and approaches, some awareness of Organisational Development, and experience of learning event facilitation both in person and virtually.
