An exciting opportunity has arisen for a College Community and Engagement Manager to work within the College of Arts.
The purpose of this role is to oversee the organisation of a range of activities, locating the College and its constituent Schools as the point of delivery for the University’s creative and artistic practice. The role will advocate for the Arts in the University’s public and civic engagement sphere and will manage a wider team delivering on a range of strategic objectives, including the student experience, student community, graduate employability, research and alumni engagement.
Working as a College Business Partner and managing a team of cognate role-holders, the College Community and Engagement Manager will oversee a strategically determined and theme-led cultural activities and public engagement programme. Whilst this will draw on activity within the School of Culture and Creative Arts, the purpose of the role is also to enable collaborations across all Schools and disciplines; maximizing the impact of the range of creative and cultural activity across the College of Arts.
