Are you a highly motivated Dietitian with a passion for education? The School of Health Sciences is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Dietitian as a Lecturer for the Masters of Dietetics (MDiet) course. Join our friendly and supportive team of Dietitians, Exercise Scientists, Public Health Specialists, and other Allied Health Professions and support the development of our nutrition and dietetic curriculum.

You will support the School in the delivery and ongoing development of the MDiet course, as well as the delivery of a range of nutrition-related CPD modules. You will work with the team to develop innovative, blended learning experiences for students, supporting them to become confident and capable dietetic graduates. Part of the role will include the support of practice-based placements, the development of new and simulated practice- based learning as well as liaison with Practice Educators. You will be expected to contribute to the research base of the School in the supervision of students and through the development of a personal research profile. Opportunities to develop your scholarly activity, including the opportunity to further your own teaching skills and qualifications will be fully supported within the School.

You should be a HCPC Registered Dietitian with a postgraduate qualification at Masters level or above preferable, but not essential. Significant expertise in clinical dietetics alongside experience of providing practice-based education is advantageous.
