In this role you will support students to gain valuable employability skills by developing and facilitating high quality Extra-Curricular short courses which are aligned to programmes of study. You will be responsible for coordinating the University of Sunderland in London’s Professional Awards scheme for students and you will supervise and support our student ‘career coach’ roles and other student roles as required, ensuring they provide high quality peer-to-peer support.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of coordinating skills development, teaching and learning and training activities. You will need to have experience of event organisation and delivery and be able to develop engaging supporting materials for training and presentations. You will have strong data analysis and data management skills. In addition, it’s important you are a skilled communicator with strong networking skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
