We are looking for an inspirational and talented digital marketing expert who is keen to support teachers in educating children by joining the team at Hamilton Brookes & the Oxford Brookes School of Education. If you want to make a difference through your business development and marketing skills, then join our small and friendly team at one of the UK’s leading modern universities. We are seeking to appoint an energetic and ambitious Business Development and Marketing Lead for Hamilton Brookes (www.hamilton-trust.org.uk). Hamilton Brookes publishes high quality lesson plans and other teaching resources for tens of thousands of primary school teachers. As a member of the Hamilton Brookes Team, you will contribute to the development of business opportunities, market insights, and marketing materials, shaping the future of primary education publishing.
This post is part-time 0.6 FTE (equivalent of three days per week) for a fixed term of three years.
We are looking for a creative and innovative individual who can inspire and is committed to the development of this publishing business. You will anticipate change and be able to combine strategic thinking with operational activities to support our growing education community in achieving the best market position. You will work on all parts of the business funnel, seeking to strengthen and grow the Hamilton Brookes subscriber base. You will be an excellent communicator with high quality interpersonal skills, and as a team player you will have an enthusiastic and positive approach to work.
