This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week
We are currently looking for an efficient administrator to join our team within the Estates Planning & Services department.
The department provides full administrative support, not only to internal services such as facilities, timetabling and projects teams but also to the University’s colleagues, students and visitors. We are very focused on delivering excellent customer service at all times.
You will also be required to undertake a wide range of administrative tasks to support senior managers and other colleagues within the department, ensuring queries and tasks are dealt with in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy.
You will have experience of financial administration including processing requisitions from initial enquiry to passing payments and reconciling any queries that arise.
Excellent MS office skills, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook are an essential requirement of this role.
You will be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders. Working as part of a small team, you will need to be able to prioritise and organise your workload efficiently, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
