This role is based within Postgraduate Studies (PGS) within the Education and Training Division of the Centre. The Centre works in close collaboration with University College London (UCL) to deliver a growing portfolio of postgraduate programmes.
The post-holder will be an experienced and confident marketing specialist, acting as the main point of contact with both the Centre and UCL’s central Marketing and Communications teams. They will carry responsibility for overseeing and leading on the marketing of all postgraduate programmes offered within Postgraduate Studies, and therefore will need to embody the Centre’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusivity principles in any marketing content created, which will be an essential part of the role. The postholder will lead on student recruitment events (both online and in-person) and maintain the relevant web and prospectus pages. They will also be expected to prepare marketing materials using software such as InDesign, as well as undertake web-editing and increasing the Department’s presence on social media platforms. Upcoming projects to work on include re-branding and increasing our alumni engagement so the ability to proactively manage a workload whilst under pressure, both independently and as part of a team will be key. The postholder will also be asked to report back annually on marketing activities undertaken.
The successful candidate will benefit from a unique opportunity to work with a charity specialising in child mental health, whilst supporting the delivery of postgraduate programmes in partnership with a world-renowned, Russell Group university. The post-holder will join our continuingly growing Education and Training Division.
