The role
This position offers the successful applicant a fantastic opportunity to join the Centre’s large and expanding International Foundation Programme (IFP) team.
You will be contributing to the continued development of the University of Bristol IFP as a world-class provision that attracts diverse, high-quality students and provides them with an excellent educational experience.
What will you be doing?
As a Subject tutor, you will be teaching Economics and / or Management (Business Studies) on the International Foundation Programme’s Social Sciences and Law pathway.
As well as teaching, you will collaborate with the Economics and / or Management Subject Leads in the design and development of the Centre’s materials, assessments and CPD under the supervision of the Social Sciences and Law Co-ordinator. You will be working in line with the Centre’s principles of development, reflexivity, autonomy, collaboration, transparency and transferability.
The ability to teach Accounting and Finance would be an advantage.
This will be a fractional appointment, working 5 days a week for 33.3 weeks and appointed on a 0.75 contract, paid pro rata (details to be discussed at interview).
