We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead the day-to-day operational management and business planning of the Quality team, undertake cross-organisational strategic projects, and assure the quality of the University’s collaborative provision.
In this key and specialist role, you will have specific responsibility for providing robust operational management of the University’s Quality Assurance and Enhancement functions. You will manage and ensure effective quality assurance processes (including internal and external review) and develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of quality in terms of academic standards, assurance and enhancement within the HE UK sector.
You should have knowledge of all aspects of Quality Assurance, enhancement, and conditions of registration compliance, as well as their implications for the University. You will have line management experience and the ability to work within a high pressure, customer contact environment. You’ll also have a background of working in academic administration within a HE environment (preferably in a Registry). In addition, you’ll be customer focused with great communication skills and can work with staff at all levels (including senior management).
