We are recruiting Associates to support us to deliver the academic and leadership development elements of one of the NHS Leadership Academy’s flagship programmes, the Anderson programme. The programme has three pathways: the MSc Healthcare Leadership pathway, the MSc Healthcare Leadership Apprenticeship pathway and the NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme pathway (where the programme is offered either as a PG Certificate or PG Diploma). 

Associates will work on the programme with Faculty in the Health Management Group located in Manchester Business School (AMBS).

Closing date for applications is Friday 9 June 2023. Applicants will be informed of the outcome of the shortlisting by Monday 26 June 2023. Shortlisted applicants for the Associate posts will be invited to an assessment centre on Thursday 20 July 2023, at the Executive Education Centre, Alliance Manchester Business School. Prior to these dates, shortlisted applicants will complete an in-tray exercise and be required to facilitate a short teaching session online on either Monday 17 July or Tuesday 18 July 2023.
