About the role
As an Associate Professor in Responsible Business, you will contribute to our Responsible Business research cluster, an interdisciplinary group whose aim is to explore the role of business in facing some of the world’s most challenging issues. You will also take a leading role in developing our programmes, which currently include modules in CSR, Sustainability, and Responsible Business. Our teaching reflects our commitment to the United Nations’ sponsored Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRiME) and global sustainability goals.
More generally, you will contribute to the delivery and development of the School’s undergraduate curriculum and the School’s taught postgraduate provision, as well as the supervision of postgraduate researchers. You will join a dynamic community of interdisciplinary researchers. You will be expected to develop and deliver high quality individual and collaborative research and publish your findings in leading peer-reviewed journals.
About you
In addition to being engaged in innovative learning and teaching, you will have an established international reputation for research, with a strong record of publications (appropriate to your level of experience) in peer-reviewed journals of substantial standing. You will be able to demonstrate extensive professional experience and the ability to make substantial contributions to leadership in the School. You will have excellent networking skills which you use to seek out opportunities for collaboration, both internally and externally. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to generate external funding through research grants, contracts or other sources.
