The Faculty of Health Sciences is a large and complex academic unit within the University. Encompassing the Hull York Medical School and four newly formed academic Schools, the Faculty has a vibrant and growing portfolio of teaching, research and knowledge exchange activity, supported by a staff base of over 400 colleagues.
The Faculty continues to expand and develop and our revised structure, which includes refreshed process will be fundamental in supporting the delivery of an effective professional services support function, and delivery of an excellent student experience. It’s an exciting time to join the University and Faculty as we embark on Strategy 2030 and The Faculty of Health Sciences is now searching for experienced administrators to join the Faculty of Health Sciences Hub to support its’ exciting journey of expansion.
The roles are based in our Faculty Hub, providing administrative support across a wide range of programmes of study. Working with established procedures and protocols to ensure our academic staff are supported to deliver a great student experience and our students can succeed in their academic endeavours. If you enjoy working to deliver an exceptionally high level of customer focused administration in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, we would love to hear from you.
The post holders must be able to work as part of a team and must be able to demonstrate their administrative experience. They must also possess a real desire to embed themselves into the Faculty and have a “can do” attitude and be comfortable with working in an agile and collaborative manner.
