We are looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the Hughes Hall Centre for Climate Engagement and work to manage and develop strategic partnerships to support and accelerate the vision of the Climate Governance Initiative. The Climate Governance Initiative was established in 2019 by the World Economic Forum and supports the growth of groups of board directors around the world to form networks, known as Chapters. Since 2020, the Secretariat for the Climate Governance Initiative has been hosted within the Centre for Climate Engagement (CCE) at Hughes Hall, which plays a unique role in bringing leading academic research to board directors in a format that enables change.
The Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Climate Governance Initiative’s Head of Operations in addition to the CCE Content Team and Chapter Engagement Managers to develop and manage a strategic partnerships programme to implement the vision and goals of the Climate Governance Initiative. The Partnerships Manager will strengthen and develop existing key partnerships, as well as taking a proactive approach to setting up new ones, in line with the partnership strategy. Key partners include knowledge partners and those supporting the set-up and ongoing development of Chapters, in addition to other groups working to drive corporate climate action across the globe.
