Petroc is a highly successful institution, delivering education and skills training in Devon and beyond and is currently seeking a Faculty Manager for A levels.
The main function of this role is to provide proactive and highly effective management of a faculty, demonstrating ambition and aspiration for their learners. It is essential that the post holder is firmly focused on the quality of education and the outcomes for learners. The successful post holder will also manage, encourage, coach, and monitor the teams of educators and work collaboratively with all other managers across the college.
The post holder will have a degree level or higher qualification in the field of science, hold a Certificate in Education or equivalent and have teaching experience within science. The post holder will also need to be able to demonstrate successful management experience in a good or outstanding curriculum area.
