This is an opportunity to join the Technical Services team as an IT Support Technician at the University of Brighton.

Join our dynamic Technical Services team as an experienced and qualified IT Support Technician. In this role, you will support IT, Media, and Audio-Visual facilities at the City Campus, including open access computer areas, IT teaching/training rooms, library computer facilities, lecture theatres, and flexible learning spaces. You will assist with maintaining the portfolio of offered IT services and feedback suggestions for improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Specialist knowledge of IT, Media, and Audio-Visual services.
  • A good understanding of the practices, procedures and regulations required to support IT, Media and Audio-Visual services.
  • An understanding and appreciation for customer service principles
