We are looking to appoint a criminologist who can contribute to the curriculum of two programmes BA Criminology and BA Criminology with Psychology across the years. The focus is the delivery of criminological theory and criminological research (preference to qualitative methods). There is room to deliver some specialist topics and participate in wider departmental activities.

About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate comprehensive understanding of research and theoretical concepts in Criminology. You will have experience of delivering skills in criminological methodologies; discourse or content analysis would be desirable.
You should be able to demonstrate recent course delivery experience within Criminology and experience on delivering criminological research methods, methodologies and ethics. You should be able to contribute to our undergraduate and planned postgraduate offers across all core and some designated modules.
A PhD in Criminology or relevant cognate discipline, or near completion is essential, as is an ongoing commitment to high quality research.
