About the Role
This position would suit an ambitious early career researcher with an interest in the application of complex bioinformatic analysis and machine learning to genomic medicine in the context of personalized medicine clinical trials.
About You
The successful candidate will perform bioinformatic analysis of multi-omic data including bulk and single cell RNA-seq, genetic, epigenetic, proteomic, serological and CyTOF flow cytometric data from clinical trials within the Centre for Experimental Medicine & Rheumatology (EMR) to discover biomarkers for patient stratification.
