This is a fantastic opportunity to join the University of Southampton, one of the UK’s leading research Universities. We are seeking to appoint a Credit Control Administrator to work in our Credit Control team with the opportunity to support the Accounts Receivable team, that both sit within the Finance, Planning & Analytics directorate. The Credit Control team deliver a top-class service encompassing all elements of credit control for student and commercial debt for the University. This is an exciting opportunity for a focused individual to join the Transactions Hub, building relationships across the department, the university and with our external customers as well as giving them the opportunity to contribute to the development of new processes.
As a strong administrator you will need to have meticulous attention to detail, be organised and conscientious, work in a calm and professional manner with excellent interpersonal skills, and actively support the team to explore new ideas and ways to continually improve the service and processes.
