The University of Liverpool is seeking to recruit a CBT practitioner for 17.5 hours per week. Based within the Student Administration and Support Division of the Directorate of Student Experience and Enhancement, you will join an experienced multi-disciplinary team supporting the mental health and wellbeing of Health and Life Science students on placement. You will be a team player and have the ability to communicate with students from a variety of backgrounds.
You should have a degree (or equivalent qualification) and hold current accreditation and registration with a relevant professional body as well as relevant experience of short and longer-term interventions in a similar organisational setting.
This post will enable the University to further develop effective support for students and will contribute to the work already being undertaken within Student Services.
With a recognised professional qualification in psychotherapy and accreditation you will have the ability to communicate with and appreciate the lifestyle of students from various cultures and backgrounds.
