We are looking for a software developer with experience of simulation modelling in a scientific domain. Working within the Department of Epidemiological Sciences, you will help develop and maintain analytical software applications, with a focus on the simulation of national animal disease spread, surveillance, and management.
You will have experience of scientific computing and software, as well as data analysis, quality assurance and strong technical communication skills. You will help translate business challenges into deliverable technical goals, work across a portfolio of projects, and help support the wider software development team. You will be self-motivated, driven to continuously improve, and enjoy working collaboratively.
