An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Systems and Service Enhancement Manager, leading the Information Systems Team for Student Futures.
This key role will lead and manage the Information Systems Team for Student Futures. You will act as business owner for Student Futures IT systems which support and enable delivery of our professional Student Future services to students and employers. These services are delivered from the Centre for Student Life, online and at a range of other locations. You will work with stakeholders (Supplier/s, Student Life colleagues, IT, our students) to maintain systems and inform service improvements in order to ensure a high-quality experience for both our students and staff.
You will be responsible for the reporting function that provides valuable insights and facilitates data-driven decision making for continuous improvement on behalf of Student Futures.
Based at the Centre for Student Life, you will work as part of a hybrid working team. Spending at least two days on campus with the option to work from another location alongside this, which is according to business need and may vary at different times of the year. We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual, with excellent leadership and management skills. You will have experience working with data to produce management reports; proven project management skills with experience of analysing stakeholder needs and configuring systems accordingly.
This role is full time (35 hours per week), fixed term for 11 months from mid-November 2023.
