Adult learning growth is at the centre of the Oaklands Strategic Plan and as we enter a transformational period in the Oaklands history we are looking for an inspirational and highly motivational learner and employer engagement executive to support the implementation of our Skills Bootcamp provision including:
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with employers and learner referral organisations across Hertfordshire to ensure learners on the programme all have interviews for local vacancies.
Design, develop and maintain recruitment resources to ensure the best experience for the learners starting on our boot camp programmes and ensure learner recruitment targets are met.
Collaborate with colleagues across the college to ensure the smooth transition onto programme for all learners.
Provide administrative support for the department, supporting all other funding streams and functions where required.
What we're Looking for:
• Level 2 IAG qualification
• Experience of sales and employer engagement
• Ability to work flexibility to meet the needs of students and stakeholders
• Excellent IT skills
• Strong customer service experience
