LSE’s Communication Division leads and coordinates internal and external communications for the School and offers communication advice, training and support. The Head of Product leads the division’s Product Team, which is closely aligned with the division’s Digital Communications team. Common strands through both Portal and Student Hub work include: looking comprehensively at how to support staff and student needs through our work; establishing internal credibility through reliable engagement, communication, and delivery; and developing our approach to creating successful digital products in the LSE environment that support the School’s 2030 strategic objectives. We aim to meet the needs and expectations of our users with digital products that enhance and streamline the organisational experience of being at LSE.
