About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Triage of initial student needs as part of the Front Desk team.
  • Referring students and graduates to relevant resources and services and booking appointments via the careers management system.
  • Collecting and analysing student engagement data and feedback.
  • Supporting the Information Manager and employer engagement team with tasks such as updating digital resources and assisting with events.

Please note that as this post is mainly student-facing, it is expected that most of the role-holder's time will be spent on campus.
