S/he will be a proven leader and excellent communicator, with a passion for innovative pedagogy, excellent student experience, and driving quality. In collaboration with the Head of Department and School Executive Team, and answering to the Dean of the School, you will look for ways to enhance the student experience, from fresh learning techniques to international opportunities and the graduates’ ultimate employability. As this is a student-facing role, you will need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. With a good broad knowledge of all aspects of Animal, Rural and Environmental Science, you will contribute to the schools’ strategic objectives and lead the development and growth of the school portfolio.
