The University of Roehampton is recruiting to the role of Registry Officer to join the University’s central Academic Registry Services Team. With the exciting growth of the university’s portfolio, the postholder will be responsible for the development and improvement of assessment processes across the University. This role will have specific responsibility for leading Registry processes related to undergraduate provision.

This role is ideal for someone who can successfully manage competing priorities, can use their professional judgement within an agreed framework of regulations to find solutions, and are confident handling and manipulating large data sets.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing undergraduate assessment records and processes including support to the University’s Awards & Progression boards
  • Providing excellent support to colleagues, whilst keeping student experience at the heart of our provision
  • Exhibiting robust problem-solving skills with regards to complex student scenarios

The successful candidate will have solid experience in assessment management within the Higher Education sector, alongside the ability to support and advise staff in relation to operational processes and the academic regulations.
