The School of Psychology & Clinical Language Sciences at the University of Reading is seeking to appoint an experienced individual who will be working to  student recruitment plans devised in partnership with the University’s Global recruitment team.

The postholder will have responsibility and oversight for delivering ambitious objectives to support the School in increasing the number of students (both undergraduate and postgraduate, UK and International) in the School.

We welcome applications from individuals able to demonstrate experience of working in an international student recruitment  environment and willing to contribute to this collaborative role.

You will have :

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal and professional skills
  • Strong analytical skills & experience in data analysis
  • Cultural awareness and cross-cultural competence
  • Ability to think strategically and to seek solutions
  • Self-motivated and the ability to work independently
