The opportunity
This is a key role within the International Team at London College of Communication, acting as an important link between the front line, day-to-day operation of the College’s international projects and exchanges with wider planning, development and evaluation of the College’s international engagement.

You will combine responsibility for overseeing the College’s student exchange programmes and line managing the College’s Student Exchange Administrator with supporting and developing other innovative new global experiences and projects for our diverse creative community.

At the centre of the work is ensuring that all of the College’s international projects and exchanges enrich students’ learning and help prepare them to work in a global environment, while broadening access and opportunity to all students regardless of their circumstances.

About you
You will be somebody who is dedicated to supporting students gain global experience and understand the importance of bringing diverse, global perspectives into the College’s academic programmes.

You will have experience of administrative processes requiring high levels of attention to detail, gained from working with mobility programmes and global partnerships. Experience of managing successful projects from initiation to completion would also be an added advantage to succeed in this role. With an ability to plan and prioritise effectively across multiple strands of work, you will be a confident problem-solver with plenty of initiative to resolve day-to-day issues, escalating as needed.

You will be equally comfortable working independently under minimal supervision as you are collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. You will be an excellent communicator, who can lead and motivate others both inside and outside of your immediate team.
