We are seeking a experienced Senior Manager to join our department and lead the team to deliver student focused services for non–academic misconduct investigations. You will be an expert for colleagues across the University to call on to support making decisions and agreeing actions to progress cases in the best interests of students and the University.

Excellent communication and networking skills are essential to building effective relationships with students, Schools and other Professional Services staff across the University to ensure our services are delivered with the student experience in mind. This role will review student reports through our online system, allocate casework, review of risk assessments including recommendation of precautionary measures and liaison with Schools and other departments. You will work very closely with our Head of Casework who will be responsible for overseeing all casework types. Knowledge of safeguarding would also be very useful.

This is a challenging and rewarding role which offers a real opportunity to make a big difference to the student experience at the University of Nottingham. If you have the skills and experience we are looking for and are passionate about delivering a student-focused service, we would love to hear from you.
