We are recruiting a statistical geneticist in Rare Diseases Genomics who can lead statistical genetics analyses for rare diseases, including epigenetics. The postholder ideally will already have experience in statistical genetics, rare or complex disorder genetics and show a keen interest in translational research. The post will work closely with the rare disease NIHR BioResource lead and contributing PIs.
About NIHR BioResource:
Our mission is to facilitate human health research and its transformation into medical practice.
NIHR BioResource is a unique and powerful resource for studying disease mechanisms and for investigating the links between genes, the environment, health and disease, enabling scientific discoveries as well as facilitating translational medicine for the benefit of patients.
