What You’ll do:

You'll be the driving force behind our Games Art and Technology program, providing dynamic leadership to both students and faculty. From overseeing curriculum delivery to managing tutor recruitment and performance, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the student experience. Your responsibilities will include fostering an inclusive learning environment, enhancing student engagement, and championing student success through innovative teaching methods.

What You’ll Bring:

We're seeking a candidate with extensive experience in the creative industries, particularly in the realm of game design and technology. A relevant degree and teaching qualification are essential, along with a track record of successful leadership and curriculum development. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with stakeholders are also key attributes we're looking for in our ideal candidate.

Salary: £37,500 to £48,500 (pro rata) depending on experience
