We have an opportunity for a Clinical Research Fellow.
This is a fixed term (3 years) Clinical Research Fellowship tenable in the School of Cardiovascular and Metabolic Health. The post is funded 50% by University of Glasgow & 50% by NHS R&D. An honorary clinical contract will be required and applied for on appointment to NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and/or other Health Boards as appropriate.
The Fellow will be expected to register for a higher degree (e.g., MD or PhD) and the work is expected to contribute to the basis for submission of a higher degree. Training in relevant methodologies (e.g., Good Clinical Practice, MRI, ECG, molecular techniques) will be undertaken and certification maintained throughout the fellowship.
This post is full time, fixed term for 3 years.
