Applications are invited for two Senior Developers in the Software Engineering group at the Bennett Institute.
We are seeking experienced software developers with an interest in web application development or infrastructure engineering. Your role will revolve around designing, implementing and maintaining essential features, data structures and protocols that power the OpenSAFELY platform. You will work with the rest of your team to build the software system and improve user experience by writing documentation and tooling.
You will be formally based in the Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work, but you will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.
The first post is funded by the NHS England Bennett Institute Collaboration until 31 October 2026 in the first instance.
The second post is funded by the Primary Care and Medicines Analytical Unit until 30 November 2026 in the first instance
