Key Responsibilities:

  • Annual Programme Reports: Work collaboratively to produce comprehensive annual programme reports, utilizing your expertise in data analysis to provide valuable insights into student achievement and performance indicators.

  • Student Engagement: Take an active role in engaging students through module evaluations and surveys, ensuring their voices are heard and their learning experiences are enriched.

  • Scholarly Activity: Share your expertise and scholarly contributions both within the field of mechanical engineering and across broader pedagogical realms, enriching the academic discourse and fostering intellectual growth.

  • Community Engagement: Build meaningful relationships within the local community to contribute to the development of higher education initiatives, creating opportunities for collaboration and impact.

  • Promotional Activities: Play a pivotal role in the ongoing development of targeted and generic promotional activities and literature, showcasing the excellence of our programs and engaging both internal and external audiences.

  • Documentation Preparation: Assist in the preparation of programme-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • A postgraduate qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

  • Previous experience in higher education teaching and curriculum development is desirable.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
