This is a fixed term appointment until 31st July 2025, and it is part-time for 21 hours per week.
The Evolve HR & Payroll transformation programme is a fundamental part of LSE’s operational framework for driving greater efficiency and user experience. The Instructional Designer will work under the guidance of the Learning Consultant Lead to design and develop the training resources for the Evolve HR & Payroll transformation programme. This will involve designing and developing a range of training resources including quick reference guides, demonstration videos, manual, training checklists, lesson and curriculum plans to support with effectively preparing staff to become proficient users of the new systems.
The role requires experience in instructional design, understanding of the principles of adult learning, proficiency in various instructional design software and tools, and the ability to design and develop a range of training materials.
