Job description:
At the heart of the university’s digital environment, the ICT Department is dedicated to delivering responsive and customer-focused support to all staff and students. We provide secure, reliable, and robust technologies that enable teaching, research, and administration to thrive. Our team champions the creative and innovative use of technology to enhance the user experience and drive adoption and continuous improvement across the institution.
We are seeking an Enterprise Systems Manager to join our ICT department and lead a talented team of Analyst Developers and Junior Analyst Developers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise systems projects that will shape the university’s digital transformation. You will provide leadership across development and integration projects, work closely with Solution Architects, and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This role combines team management with hands-on technical oversight, requiring you to balance strategic planning with delivery. You will collaborate closely with departments across the University, ensuring that enterprise systems meet business requirements, align with architectural standards, and support the institution’s long-term digital strategy. Your leadership will foster a positive, high-performing team culture and drive continuous improvement.
