PBS is an innovative, growing community of faculty, researchers and students who investigate the human mind and behaviour in a societal context. This work is supported by an excellent group of professional services staff. The BSc in Psychological and Behavioural Science is a cutting-edge degree programme accredited by British Psychological Society. The undergraduate programme is only five years old but is firmly embedded into the life of the School and has received many accolades. Our recent NSS scores show that students love studying with us. This year the degree was ranked first in UK universities guide.

The Undergraduate Programme Manager will, working with the Programme Team, continue to deliver first class support for the programme whilst expanding and enhancing the offer. The role includes managing all non-academic aspects from recruitment through to graduation. There is a big emphasis on student support, smooth administration and teamwork. A key part of the role is to manage our accreditation with the British Psychological and Behavioural Science.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience administering undergraduate or postgraduate programmes.
  • Line management experience
  • Ability to set and work to deadlines and prioritise tasks, considering all relevant factors.
  • Experience of providing pastoral care to students sensitively and compassionately.

We offer an occupational pension scheme, generous annual leave, hybrid working, and excellent training and development opportunities.
