Project and Environment Coordinator - Fixed Term

The Position: We’re looking for a Project and Environment Coordinator (Fixed Term up to 2 years)

Are you a Health & Safety / Environment Administrator looking for the next step up? Or are you an experienced Health & Safety Assistant looking for a new challenge? Either way this role is perfect for someone with experience of Health & Safety / Administration Support . You will get involved in supporting the whole community with their Health & Safety compliance as well as assisting the Group Health & Safey Manager to ensure the safety of staff and students is at the heart of everything we do. As part of the estates team you will support various projects and initiatives as well as giving general administration support to the department.

What skills are we looking for:

• A multitasker – you must be able to work on various projects at the same time
• Attention to detail – high quality production of reports, policies and general admin documents.
• A completer – you need to be able to get the job done, on time and to a high quality.

Responsibilities for the role:

• Assistant the Group Health & Safety Manager with Inspection, Audits, Risk Assessments
• Support the Estates Team with administrative tasks.
• Be a visual presence in all campuses, to maintain and improve Health & Safety Culture.
• Attend meeting and be responsible for producing the minutes of the meeting.

The Location: The role is based at Nuneaton Campus (however regular travel to the other campuses)
