We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Principal and the Chief Operating Officer of Guildhall School. You will be responsible for providing a high quality professional administrative service to both roles, and supporting the day-to-day running of the Principal’s Office. A proven track record of personal assistance to senior level roles, ideally in an education or arts organisation, is essential.
The successful candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain a calm, ordered approach. Experience of providing administrative support to committees is also essential, and an interest in music and drama is desirable.
