Business Transformation (BT) at the University of St Andrews is seeking to appoint a Project Officer (Libraries & Museums) to support the delivery of strategic change initiatives, and undertake project management and business analysis activities for low and medium complexity projects, across the University’s Libraries and Museums services. BT provides expertise in portfolio, programme and project management, business analysis, change management and continuous improvement.
Candidates should be educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience in the provision of a wide range of project management and business analysis services alongside a good understanding of the services that libraries and museums provide to support learning, teaching and research in higher education institutions. Experience of continuous improvement or change management roles, along with any supporting qualifications, would be an advantage.
Development will be provided for anyone looking to move from an academic or operations focused role within Higher Education or for candidates who have a background in change but who are new to Higher Education.
