The Role
We are currently seeking a Schools Programme Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. This is a critical role to support young people who studying at UHI Inverness as part of their Senior Phase (S4-6) whilst still at school. We have circa 600 school pupils engaging in a range of courses across SCQF Level 2-7 in a wide range of subjects. Working in partnership with colleagues in Highland schools, this role provides important on-programme support to our school pupil students to support their engagement, successful outcomes and progression.
We seek someone who is enthusiastic in supporting young people during their journey at UHI Inverness and helping individuals to achieve their best. Bringing compassion and understanding to the challenges which some young people face, we seek someone who will work collaboratively with other colleagues and school-based partners to support our school pupil students to successfully achieve.
Please note: the successful post holder will need to pass a satisfactory PVG scheme membership prior to commencing employment.
